We are on the south side of Central Avenue, on the corner of Central and Walnut Street, directly across from the Willowcreek Middle School and Aylesworth Elementary School parking lots.
To accommodate our working patients, we provide lengthy appointments to minimize absences from their employment. We are closed for major holidays and leave an emergency number, 464-3872 for patients to call.
